Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice

Kickr is operated by C3 Labs Ltd. This Notice explains rights in Kickr materials and how to submit an infringement report. It supplements the Terms of Service and EULA.

1. Kickr materials

C3 Labs and its licensors retain rights in Kickr's original software, interface, designs, text, graphics and branding. Copyright and other applicable laws protect those materials. Your permission to use them is limited to the applicable software license and service terms, unless law permits otherwise.

2. Third-party materials and user content

Market data, market questions, competition and team marks, statistics and materials supplied by others remain subject to their owners' rights. Display within Kickr does not transfer ownership to C3 Labs or imply sponsorship. Open-source components are subject to their own licenses and notices.

Users retain rights in content they submit, subject to the limited service-operation permission in the Terms. Do not upload or share protected material without the necessary rights. This Notice does not claim ownership of every item visible through Kickr.

3. Names and branding

Do not use Kickr's name, logos or original visual materials to falsely suggest affiliation, endorsement or an official application. Request permission before reproducing protected branding for a commercial purpose. References, criticism and other uses protected by applicable law remain subject to those legal rights.

4. Infringement reports

Email gm@kickr.fun with the subject “Kickr intellectual property notice” and include:

The work or right you believe is infringed, and your authority to act for its owner.
The relevant URL, profile, content identifier or other precise location in Kickr.
Your name and contact details so we can clarify the report.
Why you believe the use is unauthorized, including a good-faith statement about permission and applicable legal exceptions.
A statement that your information is accurate and an electronic or physical signature.

We may request additional information, notify the affected user, refer the issue to an independent provider, or restrict material while reviewing it. We assess reports under applicable law; submitting a report does not guarantee removal. Deliberately false reports can create legal liability. This Notice does not assert a particular statutory safe-harbor status or registration as a designated agent.
